How long will my order take?

In-stock pieces process in 1–10 business days. Custom builds run 6–12 weeks.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, on orders over $100.

How do large items ship?

Freight via XPO Logistics, professionally crated, curbside delivery.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Tell us within 24 hours of delivery and we'll make it right.

Can I pick up my order?

Yes — our Billings shop: 125 South 80th W, Suite 4A.

Do you do custom work?

That's our specialty. Request a free design consultation.

What's your return policy?

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, with proof of purchase. Custom pieces, sale items, and gift cards can't be returned. To start a return, email mark@slabresinlab.com. See our Refund Policy for full details.
