PROMOTION: Enjoy FREE standard shipping on all orders of $99.99 and
above!
1. Shipping Rates & Estimates
For orders under $99.99, shipping charges for your order will be calculated and
displayed at checkout. We offer several tiers of shipping to meet your needs:
Orders $99.99+: FREE Standard Shipping
Standard Shipping (Under $99.99): adjusted by carrier on check out
Expedited/Freight Services: Calculated based on weight and destination at
checkout.
2. Processing & Lead Times
As our commercial conference tables are often custom-made or feature specialized
inlays, please note the following:
Standard Items: Processed within 1-10 business days.
Custom/Branded Items: Due to the engraving and curing process, custom logo
orders typically ship within 6-12 weeks.
Note: Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
3. Freight & Heavy Item Delivery
Large items, such as conference tables, are shipped via Freight carriers. This
includes:
Curbside Delivery: The carrier will deliver the crate to the curb or loading dock of
your building.
Liftgate Service: Included for commercial addresses without a loading dock.
Inside Delivery: Available for an additional fee. Please contact us prior to
shipment if you require white-glove assembly or inside delivery.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped
containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24
hours.
5. Damages & Issues
Please inspect your shipment immediately upon arrival. If the packaging appears
damaged, please take photos and note the damage on the Bill of Lading (BOL)
before signing. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery at Mark@slabresinlab.com so we can file a claim with the carrier.
