Lead Time: Custom-width sleeves are handcrafted to your specs. Please allow 7-14 business days for crafting, curing, and polishing before shipment.
Delivery: Shipped via UPS/FedEx with full tracking and insurance included.
Packaging: Every piece is double-wrapped and shipped in reinforced boxing to guarantee a safe arrival.
Returns & Refunds
Custom Orders: Because each sleeve is custom-sized to your specific sofa dimensions, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for custom widths unless the item arrives damaged or is built incorrectly based on the measurements provided.
Measurement Accuracy: Please double-check your measurements before ordering! We recommend measuring twice to ensure a perfect fit.
Damages: If your sleeve arrives damaged during transit, please contact us at Mark@slabresinlab.com within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and product. We will prioritize a replacement for you immediately.
