Shipping & Delivery

• Lead Time: Approximately 4 weeks from order confirmation.

• Freight Delivery: We offer Free Curbside Delivery to the contiguous 48 United States.

• Important: Delivery is limited to accessible driveways via commercial freight. This is a curbside-only service; drivers are not permitted to provide interior carry-in or unboxing.

Damage Policy

We take great care in crating our islands, but in the rare event of shipping damage:

• Notify us immediately with photo documentation.

• Our Solution: All shipments are fully insured. We will coordinate with a local repair professional in your area to restore the piece to factory condition at our expense, or provide replacement parts/touch-up materials.

Returns & Restocking

• Return Window: You must reach out to initiate a return within 14 days of delivery.

• Restocking Fee: Due to the custom, large-scale nature of this furniture, all returns are subject to a 50% restocking fee.

• Shipping: The buyer is responsible for all return freight shipping costs. The item must be returned in its original crating and in "as-delivered" condition to be eligible for a refund.
